Description

The General Equivalency Development PREP (GED) Program at the Okyrie International University (OIU) is an eight-to-ten-week program designed to help individuals prepare for and pass the GED certification exam. The GED certificate is a US diploma and is widely recognized and accepted for college admissions, it can open the door to higher education and better employment opportunities.

The program will provide instructions in the following four (4) areas of study, mathematical reasoning, reasoning through language, arts, social studies, and science. The course of study covers two weeks of assessment, six to eight weeks hybrid instructions and an OIU exam prep which is designed to demonstrate the person’s academic knowledge. Successful completion of the program and passing the exam preparation assessment allows OIU to award a Certificate to the student and recommendation to register for the US GED examination. OIU will provide assistance with exam registration.
