He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Management from Pace University, New York, USA. Mr. Mars is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in both New York and New Jersey and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP).
