Ms. Gadraj holds a Master of Arts in Economics and brings over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning public service, labor relations, research, education, retail, insurance, and real estate. She has completed advanced training in public sector modernization, labor relations policy, human resource management, and marketing.

She has held key leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of Institutional Advancement, where she led strategic planning, optimized HR functions, enhanced enrollment strategies, and drove quality assurance during  a critical period of institutional recovery.

In addition to her administrative accomplishments, Gadraj is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and an expert in financial and retirement planning.
